As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll directly contribute to an amazing candidate experience and build career advancing skills by playing a key role in supporting our hiring efforts. You will gain responsibility in building and engaging talent pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, and directly facilitating candidate experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure our employment brand is maintained through a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will take an active role in sourcing talent, scheduling interviews, and building partnerships with colleges and universities locally and around the country to create strong pipelines. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition, offering a blend of hands-on recruitment experience and operational support.

What you’ll have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or related field with up to two years of relevant experience (will consider equivalent work experience as substitute for education).
- Demonstrated outcomes to show you are a go-getter and focused on goal achievement.
- Analytical skills to apply to data and processes while keeping a human, customer focused approach
- Excellent technology skills demonstrated with the breadth of experience you have and your ability to learn new systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving history.
- Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).

A typical day-to-day may include:
- Providing proactive and timely support for talent acquisition processes, including advertising positions, candidate outreach, assessment coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels for both virtual and on-site meetings.
- Organizing recruitment kickoffs, debrief meetings, and hiring events to streamline the hiring process.
- Proactively following up with candidates and hiring managers as needed to keep all parties informed of progress and timelines.
- Participating in college recruiting, career fairs, and talent branding initiatives.
- Engaging with both our current candidate pool and the talent pipeline to maintain engagement and connection to BNI.
- Providing backup support in areas of resume review and candidate phone screening.
