11th Hour Service is currently seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to support a Federal agency client engagement based on-site in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities :
Supporting the CWMD Accounting Branch with tasks including but not limited to the following :
- Assist in developing and implementing processes, controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely and accurate submission of audit deliverables.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes and SOPs to review the completeness and sufficiency of financial data, including supporting documentation associated with abnormal balances, USSGL analytics, Fund Balance with Treasury (FBwT), suspense accounts, and cash management.
- Assist in reviewing the monthly consolidated DHSTIER submissions.
- Support the preparation of monthly CFO Certified deliverables required by the DHS Component Requirements Guide (CRG).
- Review the unliquidated obligations process, reviewing the reimbursable orders process.
