Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify that all products meet the required quality standards set by our wholesale partners.
- Ensure products are packed and labeled according to strict guidelines:
- Verify that items like shoes are packed in boxes, not on hangers or in plastic bags.
- Replace the product’s original tags with the correct partner tags, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
- Ensure all items are packed in shipping boxes without unnecessary packing material.
- Confirm that shipping labels are placed in the correct location for easy scanning by the partner’s conveyor systems.
- Understand and implement the process, ensuring compliance with partner specifications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, even with repetitive tasks, ensuring all items are accurately processed to avoid costly errors.
- Process returns through the system to ensure that any discrepancies or errors in shipments are addressed appropriately.
- Perform regular checks and audits to confirm compliance with all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Be proactive in identifying any potential risks to quality, taking swift corrective action to minimize errors or disruptions in the workflow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a distribution center (DC), food service, or quality assurance role is required.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and the importance of precision in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English fluently (all SOPs and work instructions are provided in English).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus for long periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative to address challenges.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.
