Responsibilities:
- Assists with and sells company products and services to customers in a retail environment, as well as via telephone and electronic inquiries.
- Acts as part of a sales team, supporting other sales staff and production areas.
- Responds to customer inquiries for the purpose of taking orders.
- Handle will-call pickups of orders, and process credit card transactions.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations on a daily basis.
- Focus on retaining and growing an existing customer base.
- May also be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales or administrative related activities.
- Applies understanding of company policies and procedures to resolve complex issues and further address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience required.
- Requires computer literacy - Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: $16.50 /hr
