About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives. You will play a crucial role refining our sales strategy and processes, mentoring a talented and motivated team of AEs, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed our ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, motivated by both personal and team success, and excited to lead while innovating our sales operations.
This role is based either in our London or San Francisco HQs. As a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person. Please apply if you're in one of these or willing to relocate.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of AEs, driving achievement of sales targets and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Own and uplevel our sales strategy by leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities, refine sales processes, etc.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and deal progression all the way through closing.
- Work closely with other teams and leadership to align on sales efforts.
