About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, processes and strategy in fast-growing SaaS companies. Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a crucial role driving the future of Customer Success for a company growing 10X in the next 12 months.
This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. As a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of CSMs, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Streamline our customer journey, building scalable processes as we scale from 100s to 1,000s of customers.
- Work closely with sales and product leadership to ensure best-in-class service and support to our existing and future client base.
