Title: Housekeeper Tech II FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
At 12&12 Addiction Recovery Center, our singular focus is to help individuals battle the diseases of addiction and co-occurring substance abuse/mental health disorders. For more than 35 years, our team of doctors, nurses, counselors, care managers and staff have helped thousands of people fight to get their lives back. Our full continuum of care allows Oklahomans the help they need, when and where they need it.
Responsibilities:
1. Wash all linen, towels and other items brought to House Laundry.
2. Pick up all linen throughout the units.
3. Clean all public restrooms.
4. Respond to all housekeeping requests, room cleaning, spills, etc.
5. Keep the House Laundry and storage areas clean, (swept and mopped) on a daily basis.
6. Sweep, mop and buff floors in Detox, Outpatient, 1West, 1North, Administration and OSU
Wing.
7. Clean Detox client rooms at least once a day.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of floor care and general housekeeping.
Has understanding of alcohol/drug dependence and co-occurring disorders.
ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
This position will have no access to confidential client or personnel information.
PHYSICICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to negotiate stairs.
