Job Duties
- Guide the team's interactions with guests and fellow employees by being a positive role model.
- Provide oversight to operation through demonstrated competence in guest services, parking strategy and proper reporting.
- Ensure team has tools needed to perform respective duties, share communications through pass along logs, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the valet team ensure prompt service for every guest.
- Train and develop staff as needed to ensure top-level service and hospitality.
- Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and associates.
- Perform ancillary duties as directed.
- Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your team and work area while on duty.
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be friendly with guests and other employees.
- Candidate must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle.
- Customer service experience for a year or more.
