We are seeking an experienced operations manager to develop and lead the team at a mixed-use parking facility in West Midtown Atlanta. You will directly oversee and be responsible for account performance to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. We provide first-class parking services and seek a friendly, outgoing individual with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds the guest's expectations. As the operations manager, you will have oversight of the entire parking operation. Previous related management experience is required.
FULL-TIME POSITION
Job Duties :
- Directly manage the assigned garage parking operations, including office, retail and valet parking.
- Responsible for driving business metrics and revenue maximization.
- Invoicing and financial management for assigned accounts.
- Display the ability to improve overall performance and profitability of accounts.
- Understand and interpret contractual scopes, lease stipulations, and all other client agreements.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training managers and employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with associates / management of each account, manager revenue and payroll.
- Ensure that associates provide the highest level of professionalism and service to all clients and guests.
- Conduct coaching, counseling, and terminations when appropriate, and ensure accountability in meeting performance expectations.
- Arrange scheduling, and billing of private events including tracking of revenue, payroll, and claims.
- Attending all necessary client meetings.
- Be on call and available for problem solving (24 / 7 operation).
