Position Overview: As we expand, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team and help us continue our success and growth. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to help homeowners enhance the beauty, value, and efficiency of their homes through custom-tailored window, door, and siding solutions. You will be responsible for meeting with pre-qualified leads in their homes, understanding their needs, and presenting our industry-leading products and services. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to close deals, build strong customer relationships, and ultimately contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. This role is fully commission-based, offering high earning potential for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
- “Hunt” for your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and as a Brand Ambassador.
- Assess customer needs, educate them on product benefits, and recommend appropriate window, door, and siding solutions.
- Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations to secure sales.
- Close deals by addressing customer concerns and negotiating terms.
- Build lasting customer relationships and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules.
- Basic proficiency with Builder Prime, our CRM, is a plus.
