About the Role
Assists with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing a variety of support duties.
What You’ll Do Here
• Notifies management when major repairs or additions are needed to light, heating, and ventilating equipment
• Maintains building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance and other related maintenance activities. Must have welding experience.
• Oversees and assist with HVAC, makes minor repairs and conducts environmental monitoring
• Maintains records on equipment to GLP Standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 yeas of construction related experience/training
• 5 years facilities maintenance experience
• Basic computer skills
• English proficiency and needed to read industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speaking before groups of employees and customers
• Basic math skills
What We Offer
The hourly range estimated for this position is $23.00 - $30.00. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
