Position Highlights: Position: Primary Care - Medical Group Location: 1941 Rohlwing Road, Rolling Meadows IL Full Time/Part Time: Part Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hour week Rotating Saturdays On-Call Requirement No Weekends Required Travel: As needed to other Primary Care offices Primary Care- Salary Pay Range: $111,000 - $143,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience What you will need: License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required For APNs, must be able to see the full lifespan of patients Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area Certification: BLS/CPR certification required Experience: 5 years or more experience as an APN or PA in Primary Care Experience in pediatrics required.
