Medical Assistant, Primary Care Position Highlights: Position: Medical Assistant Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $28.84. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.89 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. Location: 15 S McHenry Rd. Buffalo Grove, IL. Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: Hours vary - Monday - Thursday (7a-7p), Friday (7a-5p), and Sat (8a-12p). Required Travel: General Summary: Reporting to the assigned Practice Manager, with accountability to the Clinical Supervisor, serves as primary assistant to the medical provider by performing routine clinical tasks and direct patient care under the supervision of the Physician (MD) and Registered Nursing (RN). Based on physician orders, facilitates patient throughput, clinical testing, and follow up activities. What you will need: Education: Preferred current certification from a national Medical Assistant certification body or obtain within 3 months of hire or transfer. Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required Experience: Working knowledge of and experience with the use clinical equipment and materials.
