Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Teen Respite Worker to provide support for a female teen in Green Bay. This position offers temporary relief to primary caregivers by providing care and engaging activities that are both fun and meaningful for the teen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with teens with special needs and will be willing to make a meaningful connection with the client.
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $14.13 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week

Duties
- Engage client in fun social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for client.
- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to the teen in their home or out in the community.
- Communicate any concerns to family as needed.
- Transport to and from weekly counseling appointment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Able to go with the flow and remain calm.

Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
