What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respite Provider position at 1217014?
Are you a compassionate Respite Worker who has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and previous experience working with special needs youth?
This teenage boy enjoys:
- Swimming
- Biking (spare bike provided for worker)
- Fishing
- Going to the Skate Park
- Video Games (as a reward)
*Worker would also assist with Meal prep and Hygiene (ensure child completes daily hygiene etc.) as well as light housekeeping as needed.
Hours:
- Friday 4:30PM-8:30PM
- Sunday 12PM-4PM
Wage:
- $17.66 per hour
What we are looking for:*
- Male Respite Workers encouraged to apply
- Willing to Transport youth to community events (in your vehicle)
- Previous experience working with Teens
- Previous experience working with Special Needs youth and the ability to redirect any negative behaviors
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, INSURANCE, REGISTRATION AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!!
*There are 2 friendly dogs in the residence

CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
