About The Role
Want to be part of important pre-clinical research? As a Sample Technician, you’ll help get biological sample containers ready for pre-clinical trials. It’s all about staying organized, following protocols, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, like hands-on work, and want to be part of a team making a difference, this could be the job for you!
What You'll Do Here
• Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.
• Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
• Perform biological container preparation activities including but not limited to, labeling and tube set-up.
• Complete related preparation documentation.
• Follow study specific preparation instructions when required.
• Monitor preparation supplies inventories and request additional as necessary.
• Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.
• Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good Communication (French and English for Montreal location)
• Detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused and able to work in fast-paced environment.
