Our dental practice is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to help ensure exceptional patient care and seamless office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome patients and help them feel comfortable before procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their ease and understanding.
- Select, set up, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials according to regulations.
- Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry during procedures.
- Perform lab tasks as instructed, such as pouring models and trimming impressions.
- Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dental operatory.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Accurately update and manage patient records while assisting with payment procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a dental setting.
- Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks (such as coronal polishing) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—friendly, professional, and patient-focused.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency for managing records and scheduling.
- High school diploma required; completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred.
- Additional certifications (e.g., EFDA, RDA) are a plus.
