We need staff for a Supermarket located in Dothan, AL, Zip code 36303.

POSITION: Supermarket Stocker (Different positions available)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in the supermarket. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves as needed
• Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with technical sales
• Assist with product returns and exchanges
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Previous experience in wireless sales or related field is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
