We're a family-owned business specializing in cross-stitch, embroidery, stamping, quilting, and scrapbooking/card-making. Since 1997, we've been a leader in online craft sales, and we're excited to expand our team at our new location in Lewisville, TX.
Position: Customer Care - Part-Time Weekends
Location: Lewisville, TX
Schedules Available:
- Schedule A: Saturday & Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch)
- Schedule B: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch)
- Schedule C: Saturday, Sunday & Monday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch)
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls and voicemails from our customers.
- Assist through emails and customers' order notes.
- Communicate with customers regarding product-related questions.
- Support local cross-stitching artists with their local pickup orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace customer care with a servant-minded approach.
- A team player who collaborates well with others to achieve common goals.
- Quilting Experience .
- Reliable and quick learners with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with phone-based customer service (not a call center).
- Familiarity with cross-stitch and needlework is a bonus .
