This position will be based at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, a 145-bed hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia. Position Highlights: Full-time employed hospital-based position. 4 days/week – hospital rounding, ½ day clinic, ½ day administrative. Call – 1:6 $260k $25k annual Quality Performance Incentive, plus Productivity Compensation.
