Hours: Mon-Tue (8a-5p), Wed-Thurs (8a-6p), Fri (8a-2p). Every other Saturday is required (8a-12p). General Duties: Employee scheduling, floor and workflow management, provide and ensure excellent customer experience, vaccine inventory management. Qualifications: 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in family/private practice or community health. 2 years healthcare experience Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years Supervisory experience is acceptable in lieu of associate's degree. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance. Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years Supervisory experience is acceptable in lieu of Associate's degree. Successful completion of CMOM course required within 18 months of hire. CMOM certification preferred.
