Job Title: Deli Team Member
Location: USLI – Wayne, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35–40 hours per week)
About the Role
Join our creative deli team and contribute to delivering top-quality food and exceptional customer service. As a Deli Team Member, you’ll help craft a la carte sandwiches and wraps, prepare fresh ingredients, and keep our deli running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stock the deli station, including meats, cheeses, bread, produce, sauces, equipment, and packaging.
- Develop and create daily cold sandwich specials.
- Manage bread inventory, including placing orders and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain clean and organized deli workstations, both front and back.
- Stock chips and other deli accompaniments.
- Monitor and document temperatures of the deli line fridge and back deli fridge.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary food preparation area.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and teammates, even under pressure.
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in work habits and appearance.
