What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Station – You’re in charge of your section, but that doesn’t mean you’re working in isolation. You'll collaborate with the team, share feedback, and elevate the whole kitchen.

• Adapt Like a Chameleon – Kitchen flow changes minute-to-minute. A new special, an unexpected rush – you're ready for anything.
