**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at a New Luxurious 1308 Studio Spa Salon. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be expected to work efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our busy salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a strong desire to continually improve their skills and knowledge.

**Duties:**

• Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cuts, colors, and styling.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all clients leave the salon feeling satisfied and happy with their experience.

• Manage the salon environment to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and sales.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior stylists to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

• Keep up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques, and continually update your skills to ensure you are at the forefront of your field.

• Use your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of retail math and manage cash handling and inventory accurately.

• Use your skills to create hair extensions and other styles that meet client demands.

• Utilize a straight razor to provide high-quality shaving and cutting services.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in a hair styling role, with a focus on customer service and quality of work.

• Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, including barbering and hair extensions.

• Experience with salon software and retail math.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.

• A passion for hair styling and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $22.83 - $28.81 per hour
