CULINARY MANAGER

  • Starting Sous Chef pay is $70,000 per year or higher. Regular financial reviews are expected and tied to performance.
  • Our turnover rate has and continues to be the lowest in the industry.
  • 12 - 16 weeks of management training to set every Chef up for success.
  • 2 weeks paid vacation annually with an extra day off for every year employed with the company.

  • Ideal Chef candidates will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant. They will also have a passion for growth and a long-term commitment to bench-marking the best in the industry.
