CULINARY MANAGER
- Starting Sous Chef pay is $70,000 per year or higher. Regular financial reviews are expected and tied to performance.
- Our turnover rate has and continues to be the lowest in the industry.
- 12 - 16 weeks of management training to set every Chef up for success.
- 2 weeks paid vacation annually with an extra day off for every year employed with the company.
