A charming boutique waterfront hotel located in the heart of Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a young, dynamic, and highly organized Front Desk & Manager to join our team! Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries and special requests
✅ Manage reservations, bookings, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
✅ Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a top-tier experience
✅ Handle administrative tasks, including emails, billing, and reporting
✅ Supervise and hotel staff members to maintain high service standards
✅ Assist with pre-accounting tasks and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, or hotel management
Proficiency in Cloudbeds PMS (or similar hotel management software)
Experience with pre-accounting and QuickBooks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office
Young, energetic, and proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
Preferably located in Fort Lauderdale or nearby areas
Valid Florida driver’s license required
