Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall facility operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or tasks.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
