The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing teams are equipped to deliver impactful and measurable campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Development & Execution:
- Work closely with Dir. Marketing Capabilities, Brand Leads, and CMO to define marketing goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Assist the team in coordination and execution of marketing plans with marketing capabilities team or agencies.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns, ensuring all team members are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Track progress on initiatives involving the social media team, designer, and media buying agency.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams.
- Compile and organize performance reports for social media campaigns, creative projects, and media buys.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and flag any notable trends or performance concerns.
- Assist the social media team with research, content ideation, and campaign planning.
- Link with the external media buying agency for routine updates and status reports.
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing strategies, creative assets, and campaign plans.
- Oversee product display page assets and maintain up-to-date material with retailer syndication platforms.
- Help plan and execute consumer/trade show events, company events, and product launches.
- Provide logistical support for marketing activities, such as coordinating with vendors, arranging materials, and managing on-site details when necessary.
- Track and manage budgets, KPIs, and compile reports.
- Customer Experience - Manage customer communication materials (e.g., branded sample boxes, cards, merch) to strengthen relationships.
- Employee Experience – Collaborate with HR to organize employee events (company softball game in Central Park), merch, and culture building efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management with proven success driving complex projects forward.
- Proven ability to analyze the business and develop strategies and programs that have driven business results.
- Consumer-first mindset in developing brand communication strategies.
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships, establish trust & credibility and inspire across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to get things done in a complex system, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability.
- Attention to detail, balanced with an ability to prioritize issues and propose solutions to new and complex situations.
