Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Room Attendant delivers exceptional service to 1440 guests and keeps guest rooms clean, tidy and well stocked according to Campus standards.

Accountabilities

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms and other areas as assigned according to standards.
• Stock all areas and ensure areas are organized and tidy according to standards, including but not limited to : Housekeeping Closets and Housekeeping Carts; keep inventory documentation up to date.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of back-of-house supply rooms and closets according to standards.
• Deliver cleanliness levels to a minimum specified inspection score.
• Politely and warmly respond to guests and alert Sr. Operations Manager of any and all guest concerns.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
• Be professional in actions and appearance and provide a welcoming presence.
• Must be able to learn and follow policies and procedures including safety and emergency procedures.
• Be able to work independently, but as a part of a team, focused on creating a wonderful guest experience.
• Assist in other areas and help with other projects and tasks as assigned.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
