AVP/Vice President, Cyber Product Manager
Provide management direction and oversight for Arch’s cyber product within the US. Work with business unit leadership to achieve related business goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes. Maintain a deep understanding of cyber claim/loss trends, internal and external stakeholder needs and the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
Develop plans and actions that will enhance the unit’s underwriting results for cyber
Maintain and update underwriting standards and guidelines as needed
Provide training to underwriting staff on exposure analysis and product features
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Strategic Analytics (SA) with respect to underwriting systems and tools
Coordinate with Claims, Product Development, Underwriting and Risk Engineering to enhance our cyber product offerings
Work with SA, Actuarial and Cyber Analytics on the evolution of Arch’s cyber catastrophe models
Coordinate third party cyber vendor relationships to enhance risk management capabilities
Participate in industry events and interface with key policyholders, agents, and brokers
Collaborate with Strategy and Distribution and Marketing on product promotion opportunities and related materials
Ensure products and practices are in accordance with appropriate regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 7 years at the AVP level and 10 years at the VP level of working experience with network security, privacy and technology E&O liability insurance underwriting and/or product management
Demonstrated interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Strong analytical, presentation and organizational skills

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$150,000 - $200,000
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
