Lead Generation:
The Construction Advisor’s performance will be reviewed weekly based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Performance will be evaluated based on the achievement of set goals, and progress will be reviewed during quarterly performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Call leads from designated call lists.
- Attempt a minimum of 80 calls per day worked, totaling at least 400 calls per week (adjustable based on workload).
- Set inspections weekly based on long term goals.
- Customer Service phone calls to generate leads
- Actively work to enroll new professional partners (example: HOA's, insurance agents, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience Preferred but not required
