14K Inc. is a family-owned and operated jewelry store located in Hudson, NY. Since 1988, we have specialized in custom jewelry design and jewelry repair. Currently, we are searching for new members to join our dedicated team.
Job Description:
As a sales associate at 14K, your primary role is ensuring that our customers receive the ultimate jewelry experience. As you progressively integrate into our friendly team environment, you will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate with other team members.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity is a driven individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This individual must be reliable, possess good communication skills, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Professional experience in the jewelry industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Your Responsibilities at 14K:
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Engage in jewelry sales; create a superior in-store shopping experience
- Provide customers with jewelry repair options and pricing; follow company repair take-in procedures
- Process client sales and repair transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain product knowledge and proper display of merchandise within the showroom
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Relevant Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years (Minimum) in a retail, sales, or customer service environment (Jewelry Sales Preferred)
