Schedule Weekly Hours:
8Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time CNA for our 22-bed Medical Specialty Unit. This is your opportunity to provide both med/surg and psychiatric care to patients while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee Region.
What you will do:
0.2 FTE, 16 hours bi-weekly
Work 4 and 8 hour shifts. Shifts 6:30am-3pm, 6:30am-11am, 10:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 2:30pm-7pm, 6:30pm-11pm or 1030pm-7am
Every other weekend; three holidays per year
Provide LOVE MEDICINE to our patients with Neuro-Psych diagnoses (i.e. dementia, autism, Huntington’s, geropsychiatry) as well as Med-Psych diagnoses (i.e. substance abuse and withdrawal, behavioral health)
Partner with a team of hospitalists, psychiatrists, RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, and Recreational Therapists

Starting pay of $17.55/hour more for experience!
40 hour flex overtime computation.
Shift, weekend, and holiday differentials
Shift Differentials: PMs: $.75, Nights: $1.75, Weekends: $1.50

What you need:
Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
