Lead with Love: Join Bellin Gundersen's HR Leadership Team

In partnership with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Learning, the Director of Physician Recruitment will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy. This role aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the organization, positioning Bellin and Gundersen as employers of choice.

What you'll do:

• Establish and lead an enterprise-wide physician and APC recruitment strategy.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition processes and systems.

• Ensure effective orientation and onboarding for clinicians to improve retention.

• Innovate sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Collaborate with clinician leaders to address market-related challenges using data-driven strategies.

• Lead change, foster a culture of belonging and collaboration, and meet strategic outcomes.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred. 

• 5-7 years of experience in progressive leadership positions with experience in physician recruitment.
