Qualifications:
- Technician, maintenance, or construction experience (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency utilizing hand tools safely and effectively
- Punctuality and meeting deadlines
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with safe and responsible driving record
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
