15 Walnut is currently looking for a Bartender to join our dynamic and passionate team! We are looking for someone with full-time flexible availability that is able to work 30 - 40 hours a week.
15 Walnut is a member of the Serenitee Restaurant Group, our team is vibrant, eclectic and fun and we believe in having fun while we work together to provide an incredible dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone who will be right at home behind our beautiful bar and who will be able to balance the craft of tending bar with great personality and charisma. Someone who not only has speed, efficiency, grace, hospitality and knowledge, but someone who can connect with our regulars and who will provide a reason for guests to sit at the bar.
Are you a natural conversationalist and do you enjoy connecting with people while you work? Do you enjoy chatting with your guests and building rapport with the natural community that results within a restaurant and bar? We are looking for candidates who have previous experience and who are able to remain gracious and accommodating in the midst of a busy service. Must be excellent at multi-tasking and have superb communication skills.
