Job Overview
This is a union position. It is the responsibility of the Primary Care Provider – Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (PA / NP) to act as a clinical leader by providing quality primary care services to HealthRIGHT360 (HR360) patients in an integrated care delivery model, helping to grow the overall practice, and promoting team functioning. The PA / NP provides clinical supervision and oversight, including clinical review, and input into the performance appraisal and hiring or firing of clinical support staff. They act collaboratively with an assigned physician according to California state law. They are also responsible for upholding and imbue in others a commitment to addressing racism, and gender and sexual discrimination within the organization and our clinical practice. The PA / NP must be able to work in a team-based model of care.
