SALARIES: $66,976.95 (annual salary of $63,724.95 plus competitive area differential pay of $3,252.00). *$60,604.50 IF AWAITING MEMBERSHIP IN THE FLORIDA BAR(annual salary of $57,352.50plus competitive area differential pay of $3,252.00)Position is a two year term and can be renewed. This is an excellent opportunity to fine-tune your legal research and writing skills and contribute to the furtherance of justice. The essential function of the position within the organization is to assist the judiciary by drafting memoranda and orders; conducting legal research; reviewing motions and case files; and advising judges on pending litigation and issues. If not a member of the Florida Bar, the selected candidate must sit for the upcoming Florida Bar Exam.
