Position Summary
As the Junior Marketing Assistant at 16 On Center HQ , you will support the Marketing Specialist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms. You will help craft compelling social media content, create and manage paid advertisements, and assist with property-specific promotions and events. This role also involves curating email campaigns, updating websites, and collaborating with the private events team to market catering, private events, and public offerings effectively.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media posts by selecting compelling photography and writing effective copy, under the direction of the Marketing Specialist.
- Collaborate on and execute marketing plans for individual properties.
- Write, curate, and schedule email campaigns for assigned properties, ensuring sign-off from the Marketing Specialist.
- Ensure websites are consistently updated and accurate.
- Work closely with the private events and catering team to gather information for marketing, including creating newsletters in Mailchimp and ticket links via Eventbrite for paid and free events.
- Develop and execute META and Google Ads campaigns by crafting compelling copy, selecting eye-catching visuals, and targeting appropriate audiences, with final approval from the Marketing Specialist.
- Contribute to 16 On Center’s content creation by generating Instagram content for Food & Beverage properties.
