Market Manager – CDL A Instructor Trainer

As an Enrollment Specialist at 160 Driving Academy, you’ll work closely with a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to help drive enrollments and keep the branch running smoothly. This role offers a base salary plus commission, making it the perfect fit for someone motivated by results and career growth.

160 Driving Academy is the nation’s largest CDL training provider and one of the fastest-growing vocational schools. With over 145 schools built in the last decade, we’re looking for talented Enrollment Specialists to join our team, support branch success, and grow their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Enrollment Efforts: Work alongside the BDS to engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
• Assist with Branch Operations: Handle administrative duties like enrollment paperwork, tuition payments, and maintaining accurate student records to ensure a smooth workflow
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with the BDS to achieve branch goals and help students move through the CDL training program
• Grow Your Earnings: Take advantage of a base salary plus commission structure—your hard work directly impacts your paycheck
