The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Director, Project Management will be the liaise between the Creative, Production and Account Management and other teams to facilitate communication, filter asks, and push the work and teams forward.
The DPM will be responsible for fostering a working relationship with the account leads on their assigned verticals. This person will be on the front lines of filtering and distributing incoming asks, facilitating timelines and internal check ins and consistently communicating with the entire team.
While this role is a fully integrated PM role, this person should have a solid understanding of creative process and the various skill sets of the team to shepherd projects from conception thru execution; having the benefit of a holistic perspective of all work along with maintaining a status of each individual project. The DPM should have experience working with creative resourcing and be able effectively communicate with our Director of Creative Resourcing.

Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually

The DPM will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve communication between teams and providing a foundation to do the best work we can.
- Receiving incoming asks to ensure proper information is received to kick-off the project and distribute to appropriate parties across the agency
- Working closely with the Director, Creative Services to ensure proper resources are assigned to each project
- Managing information on key projects from inception to completion and facilitate communication across teams
- Building out timelines, breaking out a phased approach for projects when necessary, and scheduling check-ins for internal teams
- Engaging key internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility and optimization of ideas
- Establishing priorities for team and communicate most pressing items while not letting other items fall through the cracks
- Managing and mentoring more junior project managers with the goal of creating a strong team focused on career development that ultimately strengthens our company.
- Fluency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel. Knowledge of Workamajig, CRM systems, and PM software a plus.
- Well-versed in the information, assets, and timing necessary across various types of projects
- Ability to build out timelines, breakout a phased approach to projects and schedule internal reviews for creative teams
- Ability to establish relationships across the Account Management team and work as a partner in pushing the work forward
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly through email and in-person
- Intuitive and takes initiative, the type of person that comes with solutions rather than problems
- Anticipates/prepares for next steps, engages people into the process that add value and influence outcomes, etc.
- Detail oriented; understands and pays attention to nuances
- Applies experience and knowledge from previous projects to new projects to increase efficiencies and effectiveness along the way
