Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including catering events or special occasions.
• Uphold fine dining etiquette and standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred, with an emphasis on fine dining or catering.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
