POSITION SUMMARY:
This position encompasses identifying areas of opportunity for loss draft processing through reviewing active claims reporting. This will include daily reporting.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Knowledge of assigned Client Requirements and Expectations
- Knowledge of LD claims and workflow
- Loss Draft Processing
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
- Pursues a course of personal, professional development
- Knowledge of multiple Clients Requirements and Expectations including business rules and investor requirements
- Reporting includes the following:
- Aged Claims
- Claims with overdue tasks
- Servicing System to Module Audits
- Adhoc Reporting

Required:
- 1 year experience working directly with loss drafts.
- Computer knowledge required - Proficient in Windows based environment
- Microsoft Office Skills required (specifically Excel and Word)
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer Service Skills required
- Strong communication skills both written/verbal
- Insurance/Mortgage Servicing knowledge helpful
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
- Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
- Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
- Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
- Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.

Pay Ranges:
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more. We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.

Pay Range
22 - 23 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
