About Us:
At 168 Cabinet Outlet, our specialization revolves around transforming kitchens and bathrooms into a client’s dream vision. Our showroom showcases various materials but primarily focuses on cabinets and countertops which is typically paired with services such as demolition, cabinet installation, and countertop installation. As a vastly growing business, we are eagerly in pursuit of a new team member to aid in meeting our high demand!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Picking up orders and unloading them into our warehouse.
- Assembling various types of cabinets efficiently to have them readily available for pick-up, delivery, and or installation by their scheduled date. Cabinets shall meet company quality control standards, be packaged neatly, and be organized by company means.
- Proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand floor plan layouts. Must pay attention to meticulous details.
- Loading up customer pick-up orders and/or delivering customer delivery orders.
- Keeping a well-kept workstation.
- Communicating with team members when any questions and/or issues may arise is a must.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Punctuality is a must as we have very tight schedules.
- Providing professional customer service when interacting with customers is a must.
Environment:
- Ability to stand on your feet for the majority of the day.
- Casual work attire.
- Once an employee is properly trained, the employee will be working independently majority of the time.
Schedule:
- Set work schedule, Monday - Friday.
- Flexible time off when requested two weeks in advance.
Opportunities:
- Overtime may be offered but is not mandatory.
- Ability to learn new skills and/or doing exceptional work may lead to increased earnings over time.
- Feedback and performance reviews are provided every 6 months, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous cabinet assembling / building / and installing experience is not required by preferred.
- Capacity to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and an impeccable driving record is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, though not obligatory, would be beneficial.
