Job Summary Oversees the implementation and campaign/initiative-specific digital marketing plans that leverage CRM and include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization. Develops and monitors market and competitive analyses. Leads Digital Strategy team in planning and executing marketing initiatives through a variety of channels (web, social media, email, etc.). Manages Digital Strategy Specialists in providing end-to-end campaign management for all service line marketing campaigns. Responsible for the management, creation and implementation of optimization tactics based on diversified media mix, bidding, keyword research, ad copy a/b testing and landing page optimizations for high levels of conversion. Drives collaboration with service line leadership, service line marketing staff, operations, and physicians, providing education on digital marketing best practices for social media, email, paid, and organic search. Maintain an in-depth understanding of service line goals, and profitability to inform marketing efforts. Works diligently with marketing staff and operational leaders to ensure service line goals are met across all relevant locations. Seeks to advance and personalize digital patient experiences with multi-touch marketing efforts - use Salesforce to help develop and execute personalized marketing strategies. Uses data to optimize campaigns, identify and target best prospects and customers, and produce incremental sales and revenue from current or inactive customers. Works closely with analytics and CRM staff to analyze customer databases to inform service line marketing efforts. Quantify initiatives and goals and demonstrate progress and successes of service line marketing efforts through the use of detailed ROI reports, value tracking, and digital analytics. Provides data reports and feedback for leadership to keep them abreast of progress and business value of marketing efforts. Develops and implements social media strategy including paid and shared content opportunities. Connects with larger digital and content marketing strategic plan. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health Company or affiliate and will have direct reports. Minimum Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree Experience - Three (3) years of experience in marketing and communications with business analytics proficiency. In Lieu Of NA Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses NA Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and understand consumer journey mapping, social media strategy and digital marketing tactics. Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across administrators, team members, physicians, customers/patients, vendors and the community. Experience leading successful marketing campaigns and advanced customer/patient experiences that deliver downstream ROI. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors. Knowledge of CRM/PRM systems particularly Salesforce. Understand consumer journey mapping and strategies to personalize and connect healthcare marketing to individuals. Understanding of social media strategy and connection to content marketing strategies. Proficient in social media platforms and management. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
