Position Overview:
As a Bartender at 1754 House, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with our bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar area and assist with other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes and standards.
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations on drink choices based on guest preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption, ensuring responsible service.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
