Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently match caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, and location. Optimize schedules to ensure uninterrupted care and timely service.
- Communication Hub: Be the go-to contact for caregivers, clients, and team members. Keep everyone informed with clear, accurate schedule updates and respond promptly to changes or urgent requests.
- Conflict Resolution: Anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges with professionalism and diplomacy. Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records using our scheduling software. Ensure all caregiver and client information is accurate and accessible.
- Quality & Compliance: Follow company policies and industry standards to maintain compliance. Continuously improve scheduling processes to enhance service quality.
- Collaboration: Partner with Case Managers to understand client preferences and ensure the best caregiver fit.
