This Childcare Enrollment Specialist is a full-time role working for our multiple child care sites.
· Main responsibilities include working with parents to enroll their children in our childcare program and data entry into administrative systems.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
· Experience with intake responsibilities and billing/bookkeeping;
· Strong organizational skills; and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
· Experience working with/under MA EEC (Early Education and Care) licensing standards, a plus.
· Must also be a team player, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to problem solve independently.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Spanish speaking preferred.
