Pay Rate: $21.69/hour

- Full time position at our West Springfield location for a Family Support Worker providing home visits for families in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties that have been referred by the Department of Children and Families.
- This position requires knowledge of strengths-based engagement with at-risk children and families, good skills in collaboration and communication, and a good understanding of community-based resources.
- This position includes facilitating Family Time Supervised Visitation that have been referred by the Department of Children and Families, Court Order and Post Adoption.
- The successful candidate must have dependable transportation, excellent organizational skills, good writing/computer skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred and two years of relevant experience.
- Must be available to work an occasional evening or Saturday.
