· Full time position at our West Springfield, MA location for a Family Support Worker providing home visits for families in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties that have been referred by the Department of Children and Families.

· This position requires knowledge of strengths-based engagement with at-risk children and families, good skills in collaboration and communication, and a good understanding of community-based resources.

· This position includes facilitating Family Time Supervised Visitation that have been referred by the Department of Children and Families, Court Order and Post Adoption.

· The successful candidate must have dependable transportation, excellent organizational skills, good writing/computer skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree preferred and two years of relevant experience.

· Must be available to work an occasional evening or Saturday.

Pay: $21.69 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Experience:

• working with at-risk families: 2 years (Required)

Language:
